Currently I'm working in Intel as a Hardware Engineer. I'm a LRB Architect.
My main interests concern in high performance computing, new computing models, paradigms and techonolgies. The main aim of this homepage is to provide the information that in my understands characterizes me.

Green Job Scheduling Strategies: From CPU until Cloud Systems Technical report UPC UPC-DAC-RR-2009-26. The idea is to use a processor power model based in a Intel simulator in the Alvio simulator and Intel power consumption models in order to use a backfilling strategy that considers the amount of power that the jobs use. Furthermore it considers in increas or reduce the frequency of the jobs (partially or totally) in order to improve the overall performance. This work is also Grid/Cloud computing oriented.
